Connecting TikTok is optional and always started by you. Inside your workspace you open Channels, choose TikTok, and TikTok's own login screen opens so you can review and approve the permissions. We never ask for your TikTok password — the connection is made entirely through TikTok's official OAuth flow.

Reads your TikTok display name, username and profile picture. We use it so you can tell which TikTok account is connected when a workspace has several, and so the right avatar shows next to a scheduled post.
video.upload
Sends a video you created in MyOmnihub to your TikTok account as a draft, so you can review it in the TikTok app and post it yourself.
video.publish
Publishes a video at the date and time you scheduled it. Nothing is ever published unless you created the post and set it to publish.
We do not read your For You feed, your following list, your direct messages or your comments. We do not post, follow, like or comment on your behalf, and we do not use your TikTok content to train models or sell it to anyone.
Access tokens are stored encrypted. You can disconnect TikTok at any time from Channels in your workspace — the token is revoked and deleted immediately, and the connection stops working. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
The mobile app covers the same workspace: connect channels, review the calendar, approve drafts and publish on the move.
